I purchased this book on 31/8/2019, at MPH Bookstore, Nu Sentral, and finished reading it on 7/8/2019. It’s not it took me a year to read it but, after a year I managed to find the time to read it. The book was written by Anne Rooney. For someone who is teaching Mathematics, I found the book very practical as it helps to relate everything around us in mathematical language.

Article: Impact of Mobile Technology on Student Attitude, Engagement and Learning




Alhamdulillah, I finished reading this article on 10/5/2020. This article was written by Heflin et.al, 2017. Here’s some of my take from this article:

  1. The treatment was collaborative learning using mobile phone apps, HeadsUp
  2. The variables measured were engagement, critical thinking abd attitude
  3. Comparison has been made by 3 groups using mobile phone, desktop and traditional hand writing.

Alhamdulillah pada ahari Ahad, 10/5/2020, saya telah selesai membaca buku salah seoarang sahabat Nabi Muhammad SAW yang sangat hebat iaitu Abu Zhar Al-Ghifari RA. Buku ini telah dibeli pada 10/5/2013 di Pekan Buku Universiti Malaya. Syukur setelah 7 tahun Allah SWT berikan kesempatan untuk saya membaca buku sehingga habis pada 16 Ramadan 1441H.

Books: Second Chance

Alhamdulillah, I have finished reading the book, Second Chance by Robert T. Kiyosaki on Tuesday, 28 January 2020. I purchased the book on the 6th September 2019 and it took me a while to find the free time to read this book. I have always been a fan of Kiyosaki. But all of his books, this one has been the most disturbing to me right into the core.

For the first year of my PhD journey, I have attended 2 courses and 2 workshops. I had to. Attending workshops increase my learning process and cut short the time I need to spend if I had to do it on my own. It also decreases the risk of making mistakes in the actual study.

Project: Organizing Materials using Google Classroom




For the subject Mathematics 1 for this Semester 1, Session 2019/2020, I have tested organizing contents using Google Classroom. With Google Classroom, loads of contents can be shared with the students. The old ways of teaching tutorials were by discussing the tutorial questions given to the students. If they managed to answer the questions, then they are good to go.

Buku ini kalau tidak silap saya beli pada tahun lepas, 2018. Alhamdulillah berjaya juga mencari masa untuk membaca dan selesai membaca pada 19 Ogos 2019. Buku ini merupakan perkongsian secara santai oleh Harith Faisal yang telah memulakan pelaburan hartanah bermula sekitar 25 tahun. Satu inspirasi bukan sahaja kepada anak muda tetapi yang telah banyak umur!

Project: Breakfast Menu for the Kids




This year, since January 2019, I need to prepare breakfast for my 3 kids before they go to school. It’s not an easy task to do. So I decided to let them choose on their own. Inspired by Air Asia menu selection, I created my own using Google Form. So I list out the menus and every Sunday they will make an order for the following week.
