Sharing: The Quranic Arabic Corpus

I have just finished going through The Quranic Arabic Corpus at corpus.quran.com. I came across this website as I was searching for a potential research project for PhD. The Quranic Arabic Corpus is a project by The Language Research Group, University of Leeds. The project is headed by Kais Dukes, a PhD student, supervised by Dr. Eric Atwell.

The project provides an excellent platform for anyone to learn word by word, morphology, and syntax of the holy Quran. From the perspective of a programmer, one of the greatest contribution is the JQuranTree, a set Java APIs for accessing and analyzing the Holy Quran, in its authentic Arabic form.

Inspired by this great piece of work, I hope to be able to contribute in this area as well. Insha Allah.
